Tech Section of Site Up and Running

I’ve now got the tech section up and running, so all we need now is some editors/contributors to enter material. I’ll be adding instructions on how to add corresponding photos to your articles for those of you who use the admin tools. The photo process won’t be as uber-smooth as the rest of the site, but it should work fine for our purposes.

In the meantime, start entering some articles and build up the database.
