Registration Fees

A good portion of the registration fees go to pay for the venue, this includes the dinner, drinks, staging area, banquet hall, and registration area. Other fees go toward items such as postage, printing, welcome bags, office supplies, fees to the BLM, training of trail leaders, banners and other sign costs.

AZLRO is a not-for-profit corporation. Surpluses may be used for regular club expenses and charitable donations. If the 2011 Rally generates a surplus there may be donations to the following organizations: BlueRibbon, Tread Lightly, and Disabled Explorers.

All people who work on the rally including the trail leaders are members of AZLRO and volunteer their time for fun with no payment for their services.
