2012 Arizona Land Rover Rally Registration Rules & Restrictions
- Early Registration (discount) ends March 11, 2012 @ 11:59 pm MST.
- Regular Registration ends May 1st, 2012 @ 11:59 pm MST.
- Late Registration is available May 2nd, 2012 through the rest of the Rally. Goodie bags and t-shirts are subject to availability for late registration.
- AZLRO member rates apply to current AZLRO members who are in good standing.
- PayPal is the only form of payment accepted for online registration. Credit Card or cash will be accepted for late (onsite) registration.
- You will receive a confirmation of your registration within 2-5 business days. It is up to you (the registrant) to validate that the information received is correct. Any questions should be emailed to registration@azlro.org.
- Land Rovers are preferred, but we do welcome off-highway vehicles of all makes and models.

Fees
A good portion of the registration fees go to pay for the Blazin’ M Ranch venue. This includes the dinner, the Saturday night Cowboy show, the staging area, the banquet hall, and the registration area. Other fees go toward items such as postage, printing, welcome bags, office supplies, fees to the BLM, training of trail leaders, banners and other signage costs.
AZLRO is a not-for-profit corporation. Surpluses may be used for regular club expenses and charitable donations. If the 2012 Rally generates a surplus there may be donations to the following organizations or an organization as yet unnamed: BlueRibbon, Tread Lightly, and Disabled Explorers.
All people who work on the rally including the trail leaders are members of AZLRO and volunteer their time for fun with no payment for their services.
