VOLUNTARY LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSSUMPTON OF RISK
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
I, _________________________________, am voluntarily signing this Voluntary Liability Release and Assumption of Risk (“Release”) in consideration of being permitted to participate in the AZ Land Rover Rally located at Cottonwood Arizona and surrounding areas (the “Activity”) organized by Arizona Land Rover Owners (“Club”).
I declare that I am in good health and physical fitness, that I possess a valid driver’s license and that I am not under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs that may impede my participation in this Activity. If I am taking medication, I declare that I have seen a physician and I have approval to participate in the Activity under the influence of the medication.
I am aware of the inherent hazards, dangers and risks associated with attempted driving and navigation of an off-road course, and acknowledge that attempted driving and navigation of an off-road course is a high-risk activity. I acknowledge that participation in the Activity could result in property damage, serious and substantial bodily injury and even death. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily agree to assume full and complete responsibility for any and all risks relating to or associated with the Activity, including but not limited to those risks and damages specifically identified. I hereby release the Club, event sponsors, rescue personnel, and any respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, agents, managers, consultants, insurers and assigns from any and all liability and future claims in relation to any damage that may occur to my vehicle or personal property.
In consideration of permission to participate in the Activity, I agree that all claims herein shall be governed by Arizona law.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE. I UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND SIGN IT WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS SIGNIFICANCE. I AM AWARE THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
