2012 Council Elections – Vote this week

Dear AZLRO Members,

Thanks to club member Rob Modica for clarifying that our club bylaws state a vote is required, regardless of how many people may have been nominated, AZLRO will be holding the annual council election this week. Voting begins immediately and will run through midnight, Sunday, January 15th.

We have also had some additional candidates throw their hat in the ring. Here is the list of nominees who have expressed interest in running:

Jon Rowley
Steve Odgear

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Send an email to vote@azlro.org containing the following information:
1. Your full name
2. the names of the club members that you are voting for. You may vote for up to 5 candidates.

Incomplete ballots (full name not included, votes for more than 5 members, and late ballots) will not be counted.

Craig Ludwig, the club’s current treasurer who is not seeking re-election, will be receiving all ballots. {jcomments off}
