2012 Council Elections

Greetings fellow AZLRO members. It is once again time to start the voting process for the new council. Voting begins Tuesday, Jan 3rd, 2012. We will start the procedure Monday, January 8th 2010.

Council Voting Instructions

1. All dues paying members are eligible and encouraged to vote.
2. Any dues paying member may choose to run for a seat on the Council simply by sending an email stating their intention of running to:
   council@azlro.org.
   Anyone interested in running should email their intention by 5pm Monday January 2nd, 2012.
3. Each person submitting their name for consideration is also requested to submit a short bio on why they would like to be on the council and a little about their Land Rover history. Each person interested in serving on the council will be listed on the council nominees web page on the club web site.
4. Voting begins Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012 and continues through Sunday January 15th, 2012.
5. TO VOTE: The body of your email ballot must include the following:
   • Your full name
   • The names of the people you are voting for (you can list up to 5 members). If you vote for more than 5 members, your ballot will not be counted.

   Email your vote to: vote@azlro.org

6. Election results will be published via email and on the homepage of the club web site by Monday January 24th 2010.
7. Below is a list of dues paying members that are eligible for a council seat. These same members are welcomed and encouraged to vote.
