As you can see from the new link added to the main navigation, the azlro.org site has once again added a forum to the site.

Feel free to register and post to your heart's content.

You may have noticed some of the following new features to the site, mainly new 'event designations' to allow for more general event postings on the club site.

Included in this update is the ability to add 'non-club' (or 'non-sanctioned' or 'unofficial' or whatever you'd like to call them) events - both meetings and trail runs.

I'm currently making some changes to the back-end systems of the site. Some pages may appear broken/down in the short term.

Hopefully these tweaks will help in the implementation of some great new features. More news to come as I try to install some of those features.

Pinal County Planning and Development Services Department has been working with County residents, motorized and non-motorized trail users, developers and public land management agencies, to create a County-wide Trails Plan. The draft plan and corresponding map will be presented at three public open house meetings for public comment and input on the final product.

Slated to open Monday, January 10th. After getting settled they will have a grand opening with the Land Rover and Jaguar clubs being invited to participate.

The Solihull Society's 2005 National Rally dates: Wednesday, July 27th Thru Saturday, July 30th.

Due to the change in location we have been able to reduce the cost of this years event making it even more affordable for all of you Land Rover lovers to come along.

I have done some investigating on the recall for the 1993-1997 Disco's that I would like to share with the group. Yesterday, I called Royal LR here in Tucson to schedule an appointment for the fuel tank to be replaced, and Michael Ray in the service department said that they are doing inspections to determine if the tanks need to be replaced or not. I also called Scottsdale LR and got the same answer; they will inspect and then replace if necessary.

I've added a new feature under the 'adventures' section - you can now add your own trail report to past adventures. Like the 'add your own adventure' form, new entries go into a queue to be approved prior to their being made public.

The club newsletter, Club Leaks has finally returned, thanks to Jeffry Scott. The four page, hi-rez pdf file is available in the 'about' section of the site.

The photo gallery has now been fully integrated into the site. This solves several problems - the gallery now contains the main site navigation, keeps a consistent look and feel throughout the site, and the gallery is no longer launched in a seperate window.
