Meeting Minutes
-Improve council record keeping and post every meeting's minutes promptly.

Future of WNLRR
-Contact Doug for updates on status of NCLR/SCLR participation in 2017 Rally.
-Next rally to be held on a TBD date in October 2017 once firm plans have been set with participating clubs.

Hero Off-Road Toy Drive
-Carlos working with Hero Off Road Contacts on details.
-Dave to contact news channels for club and event exposure.
-Date TBD by event organizers. Stay tuned.

Rally discussions
-Club rally or/or WNLRR
-Decision host club needs to be determined.
-If none, then AZLRO will host event, with WNLRR or Local AZLRO only rally.

Trail Leaders
-Incentives for TL involvement
- Reduced membership cost to trail leaders
- Bi-Annual Trail Leader appreciation dinner paid for by the club. (Jan / Jul)
- Annual draft for trails to be held at Bi-Annual dinner, or get assigned a trail.
- TL of the year announced at BBQ

Quarterly Digital AZLRO Publication
-Add Member comments to trail surveys to be able to submit story for upcoming newsletter.
-Camel Trophy members - Request content to be used in publication.
-Ask repair shops / sponsors to submit tips / repair tips for newsletter.
-Ask members to submit personal rover trip reports / Tips
-Club News
-Chad tentative on becoming a vendor to provide vendor content and ads on website for Chad's Rover Emporium.

Monthly Member Meetings
-Switch live feed from Facebook to YouTube Live so it can be added to the club web site.
-Family friendly locations so families can attend monthly meetings.
-Meeting locations to be decided earlier.
-Locations that are quiet so everyone can be heard.
-Meeting agendas decided prior to meetings and emailed to all council members.
-Club business done after everyone eats.
-Eat 6:30-7:30 PM
-Club Business 7:30 PM

Dec - Carlos' House (Holiday theme)
- Toys for Tots drop off if not able to attend event.

Thanksgiving Parade
-Doug to provide details of Fountain Hills Thanksgiving day parade.

- Run with Guns
- Club meetings Moved to Saturdays once per quarter - breakfast / cars and coffee

- Wrenching parties promoted by club
- AZLRO chili cook off (on trail or Saturday event)
- Wide body friendly trails
- Logo gear, club t-shirts

Membership surveys
- General questionnaire to drive ideas.
- General Feedback wanted

Logo Update
-Logos to not include 'Land Rover" so it may be used for club swag.
-Different decal designs for limited runs.
-Limited run interior of glass decals.

Club BBQ
- March 4th - JL smokehouse again?
- Roosevelt Lake.

Club Finances
- BofA - $9,000
- Paypal - $2,000

Council Meetings
-Bi- Monthly frequency
-Next Council meeting scheduled for Oct 22nd

New Member Welcome
-Council members to make direct contact with members via phone when members provide phone number.
-Rotating schedule between council members.
-Council member assigned to new member is to act as club ambassador by encouraging to attend a meeting, facilitating introductions of new member to the club and existing members and overall improvement of the new member experience.
