  • Old Business:
    • Lawfirm corporation renewal status - James to confirmed they renewed since they cashed our check[/*:m]
    • hydroflask club order: stainless steel ording issue, 6-8 month delay. Doug has emailed orderers to request alternate color orders. No timeline at the moment.[/*:m]
    • New AZLRO postcards are done - Kelly H has a bunch in Tucson, Chad M has them in Phx. Attend a Phx meeting if you'd like postcards or a new member decal or request them when you renew your membership[/*:m]
    • Facebook updated with new rally dates- Bob to look into updating link to rally site?[/*:m][/list:u]

    • 2013 Rally
      • Hilton is reserved, deposit check submitted[/*:m]
      • Link/code for reservations is up and running:
        call 1-800-325-7832 and ask for Arizona Land Rover Owners Room Block, OR enter the group code ALR via the hilton's website
        Discount rates available up to 3 days before and 3 days after the Rally.
        Bob to add to Rally site ASAP[/*:m]
      • general pricing discussion for costs[/*:m]
      • doug is ahead of last year on sponsors...[/*:m]
      • Still need Rally volunteers - contact Kelly H if you're interested[/*:m]
      • council votes to increase rally fee to cover additional costs and reflect the high quality of our rally[/*:m][/list:u]
