Brushfire BBQ Co. is an authentic American locally owned and operated business. Beginning in 2007, it all started in a small 18-seat restaurant. A Tucson original recipe for Mesquite and Pecan smoked BBQ meats was developed.
Great BBQ starts with the smoke – BrushFire BBQ uses only locally sourced and Arizona grown Mesquite and Pecan hardwoods for our slow cooking wood burning smokers. With a variety of made-from-scratch BBQ sauces crafted in house, all flavors are featured – sweet and thick, to thin, with a vinegar bite. BrushFire BBQ’s signature smoked meats are always paired with locally baked fresh breads, made from scratch sides and served with a smile from our staff. Each original recipe is created in our restaurants and made daily with the freshest ingredients.
